The Polo Golf Junior Classic got underway on Monday (November 23)at the PGA National Resort in Palm Beach, FL. This event marks the first tournament of the AJGA’s 2010 season. The invitation only field consisted of 156 players; made up of 78 boys and 78 girls, ages 12-18, from 25 states and 11 foreign countries.

The sixth Saturday tournament of the school year was held this past weekend at IMG CC (November 7th). Each Saturday tournament consists of up to 40 players and all ages compete against each other. Congratulations to our IMG Leadbetter Golf Academy students who have been named to the Rolex All-America Teams. For the last 32 years the AJGA has been honoring 48 boys and 48 girls annually as Rolex Junior All-Americans. The Rolex Junior All-American teams recognize those players who have established themselves as the world’s premier junior golfers.
