Perfect Game, widely known as the world’s largest baseball scouting service, is wrapping up a seven part series unveiling the 2012 Perfect Game High School National Top 50 Rankings. In their final publication of the series, IMG Academies (varsity) was ranked at #31 in the national poll.
While the preseason rankings may provide some additional pressure for the team, IMG is prepared for an exciting but difficult road ahead. With only a total of three home games for the varsity team throughout the season, IMG finds themselves assuming the road warriors role in most cases.
With four tournaments on the schedule throughout the spring, IMG will be heading to Scottsdale, AZ in late March for the Big League Dugout National Invitational as well as Anaheim, CA in early April for the Hard 9 National Classic. The varsity team will also be playing in the Sarasota Classic starting March 12th and in the Central Florida Spring Break Slam in Orlando starting March 26th.
