Another week at the IMG Basketball Academy has come to a close.  Everybody worked hard to improve their game, and left a better basketball player.  Like every Friday, the Leadership Award, Most Improved Player Award, and the “Bring It” Award were given out by the coaches.

This week was a special week, however. All of the coaches felt it was necessary to give out a Leadership Award, two “Bring It” Awards, and fourteen Most Improved Awards, because it was too hard to just choose one.

The winner of the Leadership Award was Juan Pellerano.  The winners of the Most Improved Award were Tiago Coehlo, Diogo Coehlo, Bernardo Kelly, Filipe Martins, Goncalo Martins, Goncalo Vitorino, Henrique Pacheo, Joao Campos, Leonardo Freitas, Mafalda Gameiro, Manuel Lomelino, Mariana Simoes, and Pedro Ribiero.  All of these players traveled as a group from Portugal in order to become better players.

The two winners of the “Bring It” Award, given to those who always give maximum effort in drills, workouts, etc. are Wun Tong Man (a.k.a Francis) and Ashton Storey.

Congratulations to not only the winners, but to all the players for all the hard work they put in to the week.
